My 1997 E320 with M104 engine and 722.6 transmission has been meticulously maintained from day one. I have the records and receipts to prove it. It looks like a 3-year-old car and rides/drives/shifts as new, despite having 181,000 miles on it. I wouldn't sell it for $3800, even if that's what the market price might currently be.
