1. Nope, not with out any service records.

2. the w115's didn't get a triangle, or a first aid kit. They all had a set of tools and a jack. I think there was luggage but it had to be ordered.

3. Buy a carpet cover or a new dash cap that is made of ABS plastic. I have on of those covers on my W123 and it loks fine. The dash in my 1976 300D only has one crack in it.
