Oh I'm tired of hearing all the negative stuff. I don't give a damn I'm just trying to build houses and help keep the subs busy so they can eat.

The freaken banks are killing us with there appraisals, the buyers are their, they want to buy at a fair price too. The banks should losen up a bit and lend. Lend to people who want to buy houses so we can build more. Buildings creates lots of jobs.
