I just put new front springs in my W140, and, in the process, observed that I could not figure out how the sway bar links come off. The upper knuckle goes through the steering knuckle and I could not get it out, nor figure whether it screws out or presses out or what. The lower one spun, so I am wondering as well, how you hold the part of the bolt in the link. I don't need them now, but I imagine I will in the natural course of things and want to be prepared.
