The C32 will have the same rack&pinion steering and new front uspension from the C-class, tuned by AMG of course, and the weight is only 30lbs more than the CLK55.

The SLK32 will weigh over 200lbs less than the CLK55, has a shorter wheelbase, a lower center of gravity, same size tires, and it'll have the same AMG-tuned suspension as the CLK55.
