Yeah, you can browse thru Ebay and get an idea of the various kinds. Basically just match the wires, all the threads are the same.
Only thing to be careful about is making a very good soldered splice connection. These things are working within a very narrow voltage range of 0.3 to 0.7, and any resistance in the wiring will definitely screw up the system.
