Same church, but different pew. But, yes, the qualifying "support test" may be subject to "further review".

Not saying the Don lives at home scott free, (as most kids do) but the meals and lodging "tab" the parents "pay" might be hard to beat. Likely it depends on how much the tuition is and who pays.
( But now that he's gassing up the Cabriolet and driving it all over FLA, he may be ok. )
Whoever provides >50% of the dependent's support, of course, gets the $3,650 brass ring, assuming the other tests are also met (age, filing status, etc.)
