I am strongly considering upgrading to a W211 at this time, and looking at what's availabe in the Internet
marketplace on the CDIs and Bluetecs within 500 miles of me as well.
Looking right now at a 2007 with only 10K miles discounted heavily.
We'll see what I come up with.
When the new MB diesel E-Class 2010s are released for sale - that should drop the price on the 2008s and before. Should be any day now.
