Ok,

I'm trying to put my new lock in .. I think I've screwed up. I got the old one out- easy. Now playing around to make sure I got the new one in the same way...
I put the outer black metal housing on the column.. just to see where and how it locks in.

NOW I CANNOT SEEM TO REMOVE IT.

HELP
