Govt has concerns about looking bad. It is doing what it can to make you feel good that they are doing something, hence the anti texting laws. I'm not impressed because they cannot be easily enforced. Govt is picking on Yoda just so it makes the people feel better about the companies they currently own and to drum up a little business.
