Very good point. If one looks at who is doing the financing required to arm certain movements, one will also find undeniable parallells, whether it's the Civil War, WWI+II or continued unrest with genocidal tendencies throughout Africa.
That's only accommodating the past 250 years or the time since the beginning of modern banking systems.
