No the dates are not wrong, it just shows that the Congo was plundered by the West for a long long time. And that it has everything to do with the civil war that's going on there for the last decade or more. Every faction that's involved in that war wants a part of that pie.
You're are not willing to give me an explanation why it isn't. And I guess that is because you don't have one.
