I think the whole celibacy thing is what leads to the pedophilia. They are just setting themselves up for failure with such grandiose visions. If they REALLY wanted to show that they were devoted to the church, then instead of a vow of celibacy, they would get themselves castrated, ensuring not only celibacy, but that they could actually be trusted around little boys. Although I'm not real sure I would trust someone who would voluntarily have themselves castrated, so I guess it's a moot point anyway.....................
