This post started with Mark (quist100) having the problem with his windows.

Donnie and Steve answered his question. Then I jumped in. All of this to help Mark.

Then Snowman replies with another "suggestion" that came from the dealership. But he didn't say he was having a problem.

But in his next post, he demands an answer! Gilly comes in with a suggestion whose intent is the same as Steve's (which works just fine).

Two questions:
1) Doesn't anybody read previous answers in the same thread?
2) What happened to Mark?
