On my 1987 300TD I noticed a small air leak on the flex pipe and I need to replace it.
- Is this something I have to get from the dealership?
- Does it even have a part number?
I don't mind ordering it from here however I need it before next weekend as I am going on a road trip!
Attached is a photo of the file and
here is a higher resolution version -- the red arrow shows the flex pipe and more specifically shows the black gunk build up from the leak. Any information you can give me is much appreciated -- my lack of knowledge in terminology will, I'm sure, be cleared up by the lovely experts of this wonderful forum.
