It looks like rear sway bar links. Those plastic links are 8 bucks a piece and worth replacing if in doubt. It will eliminate one probable cause. And if nothing, it will really improve your rear end ride and drag. Lets know how it goes, so it can be helpful for future troubleshooters. Thanks
