1. #65 is the vent line
2. You should have 2 yellows after the check valve that go to doors. The green is the A/C and the brown is the vacuum reservoir.

#1) If you are referring to the line that come out of the side of the VCV #65 then it is a vent line. But if it is behind it between the IP and oil filter housing, then it is the shut off valve vacuum.
#2) The yellow and grey striped line goes the reservoir. The brown line is the shut off vacuum leading to the ignition switch.
