Well if you remeber a while back I posted about how the GMC's back window was leaking well I finally got time to take it up there. They agree it was a defect in building the truck but now they don't want to shampoo my seats IT STILL SMELLS. I went in for my 8:15 time and was stuck waiting untill 10:55. they came back in and told me I need to come back later because they could not do the window. I raised a stink but I still have to go back at 1. THEY WILL SHAMPOO THOSE SEATS! I will complain and make them wish they would have looked at the gasket withen the first 10 mins. it sat.
