The smallest allen wrench I have is going in the tiny tumbler hole but is just too fat to ride on top of the spring loaded gizmo judging by the amount the allen has gone in. I'm going to try filing the allen a bit or maybe buy a smaller one but that's it for today. I've reached the point where I don't trust myself not to do something stupid. I'll just leave the key in position '1' all night. Hmmm. Somebody told me they saw my neighbor's 40+ year old son over her house the other day. Guess he's on parole again or maybe out for good. In the past I've found an extra car in my driveway parked so it was hidden from view of his mother's window and another time one poorly parked across the street (both stolen). Will continue tomorrow hopefully.
Thanks for the help. I think the allen is a good idea because it's stiff enough not to bend when trying to depress the spring loaded gizmo.
