Add to this the uncertain nature of where prices and things might be five years out. I am still buying good used cars at auto auctions for resale cheaper than normal for this time of the year.

Prices should have started tending seasonally upward by now. Instead they are cheaper than the Dec/Jan time frame. Might be too many used cars out there. Something has changed.
