I know in the 126, you remove the two philips screws on the bottom of the back and pull downward..

I did that on this 124 chair and no matter how much I pull it doesn't wanna budge...

Anyone have any suggestions on how to get the back of the seat offf?

I'm trying to remove the arm rest...
