Man I had a moderate hangover this morning too...one of my buddy's 21st birthday was yesterday so we all went out. Not gonna tally them all up but lets just say I had a lot. 2 full cups of water before bed gets most of the hangover bugs away, but drinking a lot of beer definitely makes me have to poop at least 2-3 times the next day, so I'd count that as part of a hangover.
