I know there are a lot of threads about rebuilding the early style vc but after looking around I can't find the piece of info I'm looking for. I rebuilt my vacuum and have had weak vacuum ever since. I am nearly positive that I put together everything right, but the center bolt isn't the right tightness. After trying trial and error I am tired. I want to know if anybody has the proper torque specifications? I really don't want to tear out the ps steering belt and fan if I don't have to. This way I can just take off the front of the pump.
