yes, to prevent further damage here is what I would do...swear to God this works, I have personally done this on a fire engine red SAAB and bronzit BMW (caught them both in the knick of time I think). Maguires 3 Step...maybe in a complete kit now...when I did it they were numbered 1 2 and 3. 1 was cleaner, 2 was polish and 3 was wax. I just followed the instructions to the letter and the results were awesome....it was like $35 for all three in 2000 all told...good luck
