I agree with the above fixes and suggestions.

Iam wondering if the parking brake is being applied? It is a wonderful tool to use .

I see it all the time, people park their automatic vehicle, slam it into park and jump out, then see the vehicle rocking back and fourth. puts an awful strain on the Pawl in the transmission. Put the strain on the parking brake, then select Park.
