Just rec'd and installed new ICU. Idle still around 1000. Removed ICU and idle dropped and staggered. Out of curiousity, I also plugged in OLD ICU and same thing happened (!!). Turned engine off.

Came back 10 minutes later and restarted with new ICU - idle still around 1200. Unplugged new ICU and NO CHANGE in idle. Plugged ICU back in, and unplugged power to Control Valve - NO CHANGE in idle.

(Also unplugged OVP relay - no change in idle).

I'm losing it. Ideas?
