The investigation found Tam billed the city $240 for a meal at the Empress Restaurant in Chinatown saying it was for a "Chinatown Crime Conference" when it was actually for a family banquet.

This same politician once introduced legislation that would allow state workers two daily 10 minute "nap breaks" and free snacks, to increase productivity.
