yes, remove clip and hinge mount at hood and swivel hinge out. Clean bushing well and remove any rust, etc. Use a good thick grease on bushing end and replace clip. Make sure drains are clear and lubricate other joints on hinge with ATF or light oil and you are done -good luck!
