ROFL, who let the EV1 slip in there? That bulbus horror looks like a snake trapped under a rock, and if it had any less range you could just leave the ****er plugged in. Also, delete the Toyota, Honda, and mitsubishi from that list. Just because something preforms well doesn't mean it's nice, or indeed tolerable. Don't forget, to be "damn near perfect" a car should have character, as well as reliability, beauty, and preformance.

The boxy crease covered mitsubishi (it doesn't deserve a capital M) fails hard when it comes to beauty and character. Also, while Honda Accords might be reliable efficient little people movers, I'd rather ride one of my Tennessee Walking Horses than have to live with a vehicle that boring. It excites the libido in the same manner as the threat of castration.

Definately agree with the Jeep being on there, they're great trucks, at least they used to be. I havent owned one newer than '97.

The Miata should probably be somewhere in that list as well, it's the sports car that Lotus should have been able to build. Unfortunately Lotus used Lucas parts...

I'd also probably put the G-wagen (or Unimog) in there instead of that silly little Toyota truck, as G wagons are made from real metal, and not the stuff thats wrapped around sticks of gum.
