Cmac, you can also just reinstall Windows XP and your comp should be good for as much longer as the hardware lasts. Computers just tend to need to be wiped periodically, im surprised you made it 5+ years.
Also if you want to use a lot of older hardware or software I'd stick with 32bit Win7. If you can't find a 64bit driver for something that needs it and you have Win7x64, you're hosed.
I should actually change that to say that its not compatible with 64 bit.



I still want to try and make the older software and hardware work with 64 bit, but have been to busy with work... :/
