Here's my arguement - how can a city municipality demand WM's private property cannot allow an RVer on their property especially when the WM does not call the police or care if the RV is there overnight?
Twice - once in Orlando, FL & once in Dallas, TX. the WM rent-a-security car guy has met my coach instantly when I pulled onto their lots - and asked if I was intending to spend the night - in broad daylight - and related that city ordinance forbid it - however, were I to go in and get the WM store mgr's permission that I would then be cleared by the mgr. to spend the night.

I would and have done it just as a courtesy. You are on their property, after all. Much like my neighbor asks me if she can park in my driveway till she shovels out the snow. If she does it and I am not around, she still tells me what she did. Again, it is a courtesy issue. If you are rude, I might just not allow any RV people there. We ride ATVs and some clowns drove their machines onto this guy's property and tipped his wagon. Next year, no more riding thru.
Here is my argument. I am a jackass and I am suing you. Now what? Well, you can fight it or lump it. Wal*Mart has to hire a lawyer to fight it. To what end? I don't know that they see enough RV people to justify spending that kind of money.
Dunno. Maybe they made the mgr report it or something. Hard to say. Why is it in Madison, your shed can be 3 feet away from the building and in another town, it must be 10 feet? City ordinance.
