Thanks - I've not looked under the bumper yet, but imagined it would have been harder than that (just 6 bolts). I suppose I should be quite careful with it, though. I had the bumper off my '73 220D once, just trying to get all the paint cleaned. Well, weather's supposed to be great for a change on Sat, but not Sun, so we'll see what I see.
