Craigslist! Search daily and religiously. I buy all my tires used now. People sell tires for all types of reasons and usually very cheap. I have purchased 7 sets of tires this way and paid 20%-30% of new value for tires with less than 10K on them, one set was actually NEW with stickers on them. This takes some effort and can take a while to find what you want but there are screaming deals out there. Ebay can work too if you can find a seller thats local to you. Shipping is cost prohibitive.
