For a little more you can have the Harmonys.

Buying tires used is dicey business. When I was young and poor I did so often but eventually looked at the cost of mounting and balancing a lot more often and decided that biting the bullet and buying new good tires was cheaper in the long run.

Buying them on ebay or craigs list if you can find really nice tires might be worth a look.
