That would be like putting a 2mm oversized piston in a 3.0L 603 block.
On a side note, I think a 3.5L 603.970/1 crank with a 3.0L 603.961 rods (installed either the 3.0 or 3.5 block) would make a pretty good torque motor. Theoretically using this combo will alter the rod/stroke causing the piston to remain at top dead center longer creating more torque. But all this would work if you can make customs pistons for the correct compression ratio and won't burn up.
