I don't think pb blaster will be able to get into the threads of the bolts... it will help, because it will loosen the gunk that is holding the shaft of the bolts, but be exceedingly careful with those bolts. I'd tap on them gently with a small hammer prior to trying to loosen them. I SAID GENTLY! and a SMALL hammer! also, when you get them out, clean them well, and coat them with black silicone, or better yet, blue permatex before you reinstall.
