The sway bar curls its way through the suspension and drive shaft from one side to the other and is attached to the lower control arm by short links (a bar about 8 inches long going straight up). Its just a matter of replacing the sway bar links which come with new bushings not the bar itself. I am not sure if you can just get the bushings only maybe someone else can confirm that.
