I have only done it on the 617
The 617 has a ridgid throttle linkage (bars, not a cable) that needs to be disconnected at the firewall and the injection pump. Haynes doesn't mention this. If I would have blindly followed Haynes, I would have had big problems fixing all the linkages that I would have broke jacking up the engine. I haven't had to look at that part of the 603 yet.
And, yup, there are specific torques for the main bolts that hold the mounts in place.
(I just looked at the 126 CD, it wasn't real helpful. The rear engine mount looks just like the 123 and is real easy to change, but I can't find any description of how to change the front engine mounts for the 126, there is some discussion of its function and a diagram. There was a good description of the 123 though...)
