This sound like a right front ABS sensor.
When turning right the right front wheel turns slower than the left wheel, if the sensor is not working properly the ABS system thinks the wheel stopped turning.

Defective right front sensors are very common, mostly a broken wire.

Since you have this problem only when turning it may also be a dirty sensor, take it out and clean it first.
