Gawd, that reminds me of an old Dennis Hopper movie I saw on video nearly 20 years ago - Dennis as the pilot, flying around in a B-29 converted to a psychwar plane that was used in Vietnam, still flying over the U.S. with his old crew, overriding TV broadcasts to expose corrupt politicians and teleevangelists of the same ilk that supposedly started the Vietnam War - and somehow they never had to land to refuel - one scene showing a guy crawling out onto the wing in flight to keep one of the engines running.

Flat-out weird movie. At that, Dennis Hopper is flat-out weird.
