Gilly, are you sure it is 'superantispyware' and not something else?
These are some nasty strains of malware that pretend to be free antivirus and/or eeditry programs but are in fact trojans. This particular strain is really infectious and it's making the rounds again. You can get it from many different websites, not just the usual nasty ones. It's also difficult to get rid of.
Best free programs are Malwarebytes and AVG Free.
Malwarebytes specifically is needed to remove this specific infection and its variants. They all basically claim to be free antivirus programs, but they are trojans. Some will disable all or most executable programs on your PC, effectively disabling it. They will also launch other websites (p0rn, gambling, etc.) and they will often prompt you to *renew your subscription*, etc. which of course is simpy phishing.
You may not be able to download and/or run any removal software as these malware variants will often block you.
So...
Boot into Safe Mode with Networking.
Download and insall Malwarebytes free program.
Update it.
Run it.
Hopefully it will be able to remove the infections.
Run it a few times, rebooting each time.
Try booting normally.
Run Malwarebytes and AVG (updated).
As always, make sure Windows Update is turned on automatically so you can receive security updates as soon as they are released.
Good luck!
