I just did this on a 98 this week, I think the 95 might use the same mirror.
You fold the mirror towards the back of the car, it is spring loaded, but not very difficult to do. OK, if you are now looking towards the back of the car into the mirror, there is a clip, you'll see a raised edge on it and also a small black ridge on the mirror housing, you can get a screwdriver between these 2 lips and twist the screwdriver, that will release the clip which holds the mirror cover on.
The wires for the mirror control will sort of hide this area, not hard to work around the wires, but can make it hard to spot. The clip that needs to be worked on (with the raised lip) is a fairly bright metal, not too hard to spot. It was a buddies car I worked on so I can't get a picture for you or I would.
