The brand equity from Karl Benz and Gottlieb Daimler's original vision, and motto "The Best, or nothing at all" -------> ("die beste oder nicht") is being squandered, in search of short term mass profits, so the new Mercedes Benz cars evoke sadness and regret, and disdain and disgust, not desire, to me....


I'd take a mint low mileage 1977 240 Diesel *ANY* day, over some *new* CLS...
