I'm not sure about the W202, but on certain models of the W115, W123, and W126 cars, the transmission mount has a small bolt running through the centre. With these mounts, you need to leave the bolt lose after installing the mount, run the engine at idle speed for a few minutes, and then tighten the bolt. This can aliviate some vibration.
