I'd rather have the BMW..........but, I'm biased.......never drove an LS.

The two are really different vehicles. Although the LS is a fine vehicle, I don't think it can match the handling of a BMW.

If you consider looks..........there really is no comparison. The LS looks like any four door sedan........the only distinguishing characteristic is the emblem.

Additionally, you have experience with the BMW.............why give that up for the unknown LS?

The last year of the E-38..........I'm a bit tempted myself.
