There just doesn't seem anything else I can change on the front suspension and steering. It's all new now.

What are the thrust rod bushings?

The moaning/groaning as I turn the steering wheel persists.
Air in your power steering or low PS fluid . Turn wheel full left lock race engine and see if it bubbles. Turn lock to lock and see if fluid level goes down.

I just saw my Indy replace a leaking PS reservoir gasket and hose and it made those sounds upon refill till he got the air out
