There are some aftermarket adapter-type lenses that basically have the same housing as a sealed beam, but have the hole in the back for the replacement bulbs.

Something like this, only you'd have to do a search for the right beam in particular. It sure beats dishing out a few hundred bucks for true euros if all you want is better beam pattern.
