Open a brew pub. Your product costs less, tastes better, and can be distributed to liquor stores as well. Also, you remove the hard liquor and you remove a large percentage of the hardcore drunks. Equipment can be pricey, but if you keep your eyes and ears open, there is always someone either upgrading or going under...used equipment is much cheaper.
I would even consider cutting you a break on teaching you how to brew
