I didn't answer because it's clearly a bit different than the left-side blade in my 210, but since it's somewhat similar, perhaps it's closer than I thought.

My bearings were beyond shot, so I replaced the motor and fan (they come as a unit). I did try to dismantle the old motor and fan. No way that I could see to get it apart without destroying it in the process.
