Hi,
Our C280 got hit by a deer, and the drivers mirror now needs to be replaced. The housing snapped off, so the mirror, electrical stuff, and hinge remain attached to the car.

We managed to get a used complete mirror housing to replace it...but we cannot figure out how to a) Remove the old mirror (does it come off through the three screws on the outside? Do we need to take apart the door from the inside?) and b) put the new mirror back on.

Any help is much appreciated! Pictures/ a DIY would be particularly helpful!
